Villa Domingos is a lovely and tastefully decorated holiday villa in Cales de Mallorca, a perfect point for beach lovers. Tranquility is breathed into this accommodation so you will definitely relax with your family and friends. Villa Domingos has two living floors and has the following distribution: the ground floor offers a large and bright living room with big sofas, a dining table for 8 people, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast table and all necessary for comfortable cooking. Also, here you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor, you have 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and one complete bathroom with a bath tube. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies, and one benefits from a big terrace; from each of them, you will enjoy open views of the green surroundings. Villa Domingos has been refurbished in 2022 and has everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and fans in the rest of the rooms,T V, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware, hair dryers, linens, bath and pool towels, among others. Villa Domingos offers excellent and well-kept exteriors: minimalist style garden, good-sized private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas of woven straw, swings for children, ping-pong table, lounge area with sofas and chairs with a dining table next to the brick built barbecue, and a lot of space for games on the fresh air.

Villa Domingos is situated in a lively zone, at a point that is perfect for beach lovers – Cales de Mallorca. There you will find some of the most beautiful and known beaches of Mallorca with crystal clear turquoise water: Cala Domingos with two sandy beaches as well as Cala Antena with beach bars and restaurants and Cala Romenguera, a rocky cove; all of them are located within a 20-minute walk. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and all necessary facilities are located within walking distance. The bus stop that connects Cales de Mallorca with Palma and other cities is 50 meters away. In addition, there is parking in front of the house. *Payment of the Ecotax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands* *IMPORTANT: THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE.
