Villa El Dorado is a beautiful and peaceful two bedroom villa for up to 6 people, with mature gardens and a large private swimming pool. This wonderful villa with sea views is located just 2 kilometres from the town of Estepona and the famous La Rada beach. Villa El Dorado offers all kinds of sporting, gastronomic and leisure attractions. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Estepona is considered a top destination for golfers and sun worshippers. This magnificent villa is equipped for long stays at any time of the year, allowing you to feel at home. The interior has large windows that allow natural light to flood every room of the house. In addition, the villa has high speed wifi in all rooms and also has hot and cold air conditioning. Villa El Dorado of 250 m2 built on a plot of 800 m2 facing south, is distributed on 2 levels and with private green area, terraces, outdoor lounge and swimming pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a bright dining room, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The main floor consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and the other bedroom with two single beds and a double bed and a bathroom. In addition this floor offers kitchen, dining room and outdoor lounge leading to the garden and swimming pool, parking area and driveway. The ground floor has a gymnasium and TV room. Perfect for family gatherings, golf getaways and company retreats.
Also, it is located in an ideal area for water sports, just a few minutes drive away, there are several golf courses, the equestrian school offering horse riding and Selwo Aventura. With good transport links via the AP7 motorway, Malaga and Gibraltar airports are only 45 minutes away. Although the villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, consider visiting other beautiful places nearby such as the well-known marina, Estepona promenade or Sotogrande. In addition, there are many well-known restaurants in the area if you wish to explore the local cuisine.
