Villa completely renovated in the most prestigious area of Sitges, just 3 min walk from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown. It has a large garden with private pool, BBQ and chill-out area. Free WIFI. This charming villa of 350 m2 is an idyllic place to share magical moments with family or friends. It is surrounded by a private atmosphere offered by the high-standing area of the Vinyet. The house is just a few steps away from the beach of l'Estanyol, which is considered the best and safest beach in Sitges. Villa Oasis Terramar has a large ground floor where a spacious and elegant living room with white and beige tones is distributed, with large windows through which a pleasant natural light enters. It is a set that invites to chill and relax. In the living room there are two accesses to the spectacular garden, without a doubt, the jewel in the crown, where you can enjoy the good weather almost all over the year in Sitges. Perfect for having lunch outdoors, lie in the hammocks or simply enjoy a pleasant conversation in the chill-out area accompanied by a good wine that offers us the lands of Penedes. Let’s not forget about the pool where it is always nice to cool off.
