A characteristic Spanish high-lying house that offers a beautiful view of the valley and the sea. Uniquely beautiful is the full view of the sunset every evening from your pool terrace. It has a spacious swimming pool, which is heated to 27 degrees in the summer. In winter, the water temperature will be slightly lower due to low night temperatures. Nice additions are the pool table and the table tennis room! The pool terrace is wonderfully sheltered from the wind, which always guarantees a wonderful temperature on the terrace. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and luxury fridge-freezer with ice cube machine. Panoramica is located in the beautiful village of Yaiza, in a quiet location with full privacy and yet close to all southern beaches and holiday crowds. A PARADISE is this villa!
Villa Panoramica is a property for couples and families with a maximum of 7 people. We do not allow groups of young people, nor do we accept noise nuisance at the property; we do not want any nuisance to our neighbors in the beautiful village of Yaiza.
From Arrecife airport it is a 20-minute drive to the property. You can enter the property yourself with the access code that you will receive from me in advance. Inside the house there is an information folder in 3 languages, which gives clear information about the house itself or the island. Our caretaker Richard Collen lives nearby, and will come to you if you wish. You can always consult with him or ask questions, you will receive from me in advance his phone number.

The villa is located in the south of Lanzarote, in the beautiful village of Yaiza, yet only 10 km from the holiday bustle of Playa Blanca. Your own peace and privacy with a complete villa, yet close to the main beaches of the beautiful warm island of Lanzarote. There is a lot to see and experience on this beautiful island, you can of course find a lot in advance on the internet, but we have also placed many books in the house as an aid for our guests to discover as much as possible if there is a wish . HAVE A NICE VACATION !
