Welcome to VM Apartamentos Our property is a building that houses four distinct apartments, each with its own layout and features. For this reason, it's important to carefully check the name and description of the apartment you have booked, as the photos shown on the page include different units. Apartment with terrace (ground floor): 35 m² with a private terrace. It includes a bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. One-bedroom apartment (first floor – no terrace): We have two units with this name. Both share the same layout: a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The specific assignment (Apartment 2 or 3) can be checked by clicking on the name of the apartment, where you’ll find its full features. One-bedroom attic apartment (second floor – no terrace): Located on the top floor, this charming attic apartment has sloped ceilings, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed. We recommend reviewing the photos carefully, as its layout may not suit all tastes. All our apartments have one bedroom only. If you see a sofa bed in the pictures, it is part of the living room, not a second bedroom. Important: The building does not have an elevator, and access to the upper-floor apartments is via stairs. You can find all specific details in the description of the booked apartment. Key collection takes place at the property itself, at the previously agreed time. In addition, the building has a shared laundry area with a washing machine and dryer available to all guests. If you need a parking space, please request it in advance. VM Apartamentos are located in a quiet and well-connected area of Santiago, on Corredoira das Fraguas, just a short walk from the charming San Pedro neighborhood and the natural surroundings of Belvís Park. The area offers the calm of a residential neighborhood while still being close to the historic center and local life. Just around the corner is the Concheiros boulevard, a wide, pleasant walkway lined with shops, cafés, and small businesses. Along San Pedro Street, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, terrace bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and pharmacies — everything you might need within walking distance. In just a few minutes, you can reach Santiago’s Old Town on foot, while still enjoying a more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, away from the constant noise of the busiest tourist zones. The area is also well connected to the city’s main access roads.
