Kiisa has two apartments A, with 6 bedrooms and B with 5 bedrooms. The apartments can be combined by opening the doors between the living rooms. Both apartments have sauna and fully equipped kitchen for 14 respective 12 persons. The apartments share ski maintenance room and billiard/games room. Kiisa is located in quiet area, has nice views to hills and over the village. A more than 1000 m long toboggan hill starting from the top of Kaunispää fell is 500 m away. Ski tracks starts from Kiisa and the lifts are accessible on ski. Saariselka has more than 200 km of ski tracks. There are hundreds of snow mobiles for rent and several Husky ride providers operate in Saariselkä. . Santa Clause visit during Christmas can be booked. Kiisa's both apartments have a room with a large roof window allowing viewing of the northern lights from motorized beds. Both apartments have one bedroom with an motorized office desk. The apartments share a games/billiard room and a ski maintenance room.
I am a retired engineer and had Kiisa built to meet my friends and extended family. I rent it to finance the maintenance costs.
Kiisa is situated on the southern slope of Kaunispää fell, about 90 me above Saariselkä village and 70 m lower tan the top iof the hill. Kiisa has one neighbour on the eastern side, 30 m away, and one on the western side, 100 m away. On the northern side is road and there is park in the south. The village is 1200 m my foot and 2 km by car.
