Property information

Bright apartment on a pedestrian street in the center of Kouvola. 68m, bedroom (double bed) combined with the living room, small bedroom (double bed), living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and shower. 7th floor, top. Great view of the city. If you want to arrange a meeting or a party, you should coordinate it with the administration of the apartment. All guests are required to check-in. Note! All guest traveling alone must indicate the purpose of the trip when booking. The administration may take a deposit of 200 e in case there is a suspicion that the purpose of the trip is not valid. Provision of any services in the apartments is strictly prohibited; holding meetings and events with invitations of other guests must be agreed with the administration of the apartments in advance. In last minute booking it may take up to 2 hours to prepare the apartment. Note! Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests could use own or rented (12e / set per person). Please note that final cleaning is not included. Guests can clean the apartment themselves, or pay a cleaning fee of 40 EUR. During your stay, the apartments are cleaned by yourelf, at least once a week. For stays longer than a week, the property owner has the right to inspect the apartment at the agreed time.
