Fabrice, a true son of Beaune and Burgundy, loves good wine and gastronomy. Proud of his region, he remains open to the rest of the world. Passionate about art and exceptional objects, he loves decoration, especially the renovation of old buildings to bring them back to life and turn them into real little gems. Ariane, originally from Belgium, was captivated by Burgundy from her very first visit. She easily transitioned from beer to wine, reflecting her love for this wine-growing region. For many years, she has worked closely with Fabrice, who is her partner at heart. Jovial and warm, she enjoys sharing convivial meals with friends around a beautiful table. She loves hosting and sharing her cooking, creating unforgettable moments of togetherness. Their shared passion for the region, gastronomy, and art makes them welcoming and passionate hosts, proud to introduce visitors to their heritage.
