Ideal for 1 or 2 people, 300 m from the cathedral. This fully renovated, stylish 25 m2 flat is located on the 1st floor at the end of the building's courtyard. It is accessed by a narrow, typically Alsatian spiral staircase. It is fully equipped, bright, charming and cosy, with exposed beams. It has high ceilings and is quiet thanks to its double walls and double-glazed windows in all 3 rooms. The bedroom contains a typical French double bed (140x200), an armchair and a cosy place to sit and enjoy the view of the cathedral spire. Opaque black curtains give you a peaceful night's sleep. For storage, there is a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. There is also a wall-mounted television, internet access and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. A large table and chairs allow you to eat and work. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. The flat is waiting for you, and you'll soon feel right at home.

Ideal for a romantic getaway, or for a solo stay to visit Strasbourg/Alsace or also for comfortable business trips. The building is located along the River L'ill, very close to the city centre and on part of the Grande-île, which has been pedestrianised since July 2023, making the area extremely pleasant and peaceful. Its ideal location means that you can take full advantage of the terraces, Alsatian restaurants and Christmas market that stretch across the island and at the foot of the building for an enchanting moment.
