Fully furnished and equipped flat, in excellent condition and very attractive, with a private area including a bedroom; an Entrance + Living room + Kitchen; a shower room, a WC and a terrace. The property is well insulated (double glazing and roller shutters). It will be delivered in 2023 and complies with the 2012 Thermal Regulations (RT 2012). The flat comes with a kettle, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hoover, broom and dustpan.
