Upstairs of a 4-storey building on the seafront, at a stone's throw from the beach, our apartment stands panoramic views over Ajaccio Bay, and immediate access to summer activities. With its large living room overlooking the sea, its loggias, its two quiet bedrooms on the north side, and its fully-equipped kitchen with balcony, you will feel right at home as a couple or as a family. Renovated, air-conditioned, this charming place will set you into a pleasant seaside atmosphere, so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The building housing the apartment has no elevator, so you will have to walk up a few flights of stairs. Inside, the entrance hall and living room are spacious and bright. The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa, which can provide an extra bed for exceptional occasions. There is also an Internet-connected TV, high-speed fiber WIFI, an office area in the loggia, and a lovely dining area with an extendable table that can seat up to 6 people and more. The bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed (160cm/63”) in one, and two single beds (90cm/35”) in the other, and each has a large closet and an opening onto a loggia. Finally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need for your vacation, and the bathroom and separate toilet are also highly appreciated. Linen and towels are fully provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included! You will have nothing to do but relax. Finally, to welcome you, we will offer you a basket of local delicacies to help you discover a selection of Corsica specialties. You can use the whole of the apartment. The residence parking lot just down the building is easily accessible, and parking is free.

Our apartment is ideally located in the shopping and seaside “Trottel” district in Ajaccio. Just down the street from the building, you will find all the shops you need for your vacations: supermarket, grocery store, greengrocer, pharmacy, fishmonger, butcher, tobacconist, bakeries, post office, bank... as well as numerous small restaurants and beach huts! At the same time lively and quiet, this area is perfect for holidays. You are just a 20-minute walk from the town center, using a lovely promenade running alongside the sea, and a 15-minute drive from the Iles Sanguinaires islands and their beautiful beaches. You can also walk or cycle along this promenade in either direction, or to the Sanguinaires. And it is easily accessible by bus from the town center. You can get around easily by car, or do it all on foot! The district is serviced by the Muvistrada municipal bus service: - The beach bus in summer (number 5) - The n° 7 bus all year round, which will drop you off right in front of the building! Last but not least, you can get around by bike or rent one of Bird's electric scooters, thanks to the new cycle path along the seafront.
