It covers an area of 90 m2 and consists of a large entrance hall, a spacious living room with air conditioning, two large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC separate and a circular panoramic balcony. The Palladium is located in the center of Nice, a 7-minute walk from the SNCF train station and the tram, close to shops and restaurants 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport. The Russian Cathedral is 200 meters away. you will be ideally placed to take full advantage of all the local, cultural, sporting and gastronomic riches or simply to enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea air ... Nice is a very dynamic and ... practical city (no need for a car)!

Centers of interest in Nice are multiple, there is something for everyone ... and colors! - the seaside already, essential to fill up with iodized air .... Good nights guaranteed! - Pedestrians streets are very nice (because pedestrian!), always lively with many restaurants! - The typical old Nice is exotic (and pedestrian!), The port, the castle hill, the "Cours Saleya" market (the best known) but also that of the Liberation (Top!), The seaside on foot to Villefranche (hiking trail) .... - Taste specialists (to taste absolutely but ... not just anywhere !!!!) "socca"", pan bagnat", "tourtes de blettes " (chard) sweet and salted!, "pistou soup", small "Niçois stuffed" ," zucchini flowers fritters", "coca", "pissaladière", ....and also French ice cream and pastries!!! - Museums and temporary exhibitions (much better in winter for culture!) ... the "Museum of fine Arts" is good. the "Matisse Museum" in Cimiez and the park too (see also Queen Regina's Palace) .... I agree, Nice is not worth Berlin for museums but, the bar is very high !!! Well, I have no more space ... too bad!
