I am renting out my apartment, where I raised my now-adult daughter. It's a 110 m² duplex apartment located on the first and second floors of a townhouse. First floor: bedroom 1 with en-suite shower room and toilet, laundry room. Second floor: bedrooms 2 and 3, bathroom and separate toilet, open-plan kitchen/living room, small terrace/skylight.
My name is Corinne, I am 45 years old, I am a teacher on leave and I rent out my house because I have chosen to live a nomadic lifestyle for a while. A friend takes care of the house maintenance.
The house is located on a quiet street in the pedestrian zone, very close to a parking lot (Q-Park de l'hotel de ville), restaurants, supermarket (Carrefour City), 3-minutes walk from the bus station, and a 10-minute walk from Valence Ville train station.
