Each suite includes: – A private bathroom with a premium walk-in shower and toilet – A cozy sleeping area with a high-quality Queen-size sofa bed – A smart TV in two of the suites, the other two do not have a TV (depending on availability) – Wi-Fi – A private indoor dining space with a small kitchenette (for simple meal prep) – A south-facing balcony with outdoor seating and breathtaking views of the Basque mountains, including the iconic peaks of La Rhune, Artzamendi, and Les Trois Couronnes. IMPORTANT: The upper-floor suites offer even more stunning mountain views — they’ll be the first to go! These suites are part of our main residence. You’ll enjoy full privacy and independence in your dedicated space, while having access, if desired, to shared areas: a landscaped garden, a terrace with an infinity mirror pool, and a laundry room. Your host lives on-site in a separate private area and remains available — discreetly and kindly — for any recommendations or occasional needs. The suite is fully equipped for an enjoyable and independent stay, while also giving you access to the shared areas of the house. We are committed to providing a peaceful atmosphere and offering you a unique experience. Please note, however, that the house is newly built and some of the outdoor features are not yet fully completed (such as gravel on the parking area and the final rendering on some low walls). As we are just beginning our rental activity in this house, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding any minor details that may have been overlooked.
