Fully renovated and fully equipped flat of 60 m2 located on the quai St Antoine in the heart of the Lyon peninsula. Nestled on the 4th floor (no neighbours above) with lift, enjoy also its nice balcony. Composed of 2 bedrooms with two double beds of 160 cm and 140 cm completed with a high quality double sofa bed of 160 cm. Lots of storage space, 2 LED Smart TV screens and fibre optics for a perfect internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook in spite of the numerous restaurants located at 2 minutes from the flat. A nice table will also allow you to share good meals with friends or family up to 6 people without any problem. To sum up, a magnificent flat of high quality, extremely comfortable and very well located.
