Le Cap Griz Nez: Set back from the street, the flat benefits from the calm of the gardens and the neighbouring villas but also from the proximity of the beach (100m). New in a small building of 3 flats, it will offer you comfort in winter and summer thanks to a resolutely modern design, optimal insulation and underfloor heating ensuring a gentle heat in all seasons. It can accommodate up to 8 travellers and is composed of a large living room of about 35 m², an open kitchen, three bedrooms as well as a bathroom and an exterior.
