Property information

Surface area 68 m². The living room occupies the ground floor which harmoniously combines wood and golden granite: equipped kitchen with dining area, living room (single sofa). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160, 3 single beds, 1 travel cot), shower room, toilet. Electric heating. Optional: rental of sheets, towels, cleaning. Green up socket on site for charging the vehicle.

Neighbourhood information

At the edge of a very small hamlet, the completely independent house enjoys a commanding view of the wooded Gorre valley. A 1000 m² lawn surrounds the cottage, which opens onto two terraces, one facing east and the other south, smelling of lavender in summer. A path provides access to "Little Lourdes" and the Gallo-Roman bridge located in the valley, and a Terra Aventura trail (treasure hunt) is available nearby.
