This guest room is located in a quiet, open environment on a 5-hectare property, ideally positioned on the Briey–Longuyon axis. You are just 6 minutes from Briey (Sangsue leisure lake, Le Corbusier’s Cité Radieuse, shops and restaurants), 30 minutes from Chambley, 35 minutes from Longuyon, and 40 minutes from Metz and Verdun. The accommodation is on the upper floor of the owners’ house and offers a family suite consisting of two communicating bedrooms, each with a private shower room and toilet. The main bedroom (18 m²) features a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed, while the adjoining bedroom (13 m²) includes a 140x190 bed. Breakfast is included and served in the shared dining room on the ground floor or on the terrace when weather permits. Secure parking is available inside the property, with an automatic gate.
