History of our guesthouse: Built in 1930 and renovated in 2019, this residence has preserved its period charm along with all the key elements that define Art Deco architecture: 1929 stained glass windows signed by Roger Desjardins, woodwork, bow windows, ornamental details, period bathrooms, a winter garden, and an orangery… Even the ceilings have retained their authenticity, including original stencils, moldings, and colors! Your hostess: Throughout my previous experiences, I have always been dedicated to helping others, particularly by supporting people in difficult situations. Today, I want to share my passion differently by welcoming you to our guesthouse in Angers. I am also used to hosting young students from around the world, and I take great pleasure in introducing them to our local culture and gastronomy by preparing meals where we can all share and exchange. Deeply attached to Anjou, it was only natural for me to trust local businesses. Among them, we proudly highlight Burov and Leuleu for our sofas, as well as Les Lê de Ninon, whose panoramic designs bring a unique and vibrant touch to our home.

La Maison de Florence is located in the Doutre district, a 15-minute walk from downtown Angers. Saint Laud train station, the Convention Center, Terra Botanica, AquaVita, IcePark, Saint Nicolas pond, and Garenne Park are all easily accessible to our visitors from the house.
