Please note that for guests staying in the property from 1 October to 30 April, electricity is not included in the price. A yard reading will be taken and the amount of electricity used will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please note that the pool is open from May to September and is heated free of charge from 30 May to 01 September.

Guests are required to put the pool's safety cover on every night. Please note that guests are requested to turn off the outside lights at night. Failure to do so will result in guests being charged for the electricity used according to the yard.

Please note that the property is equipped with security cameras and is monitored by a security company.

Please note that all rooms have direct access to the pool and are not all connected via internal halls.

A damage deposit of € 750 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
