Ideally located in Orléans, close to the banks of the Loire, it invites you to enjoy a warm and welcoming setting, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Combining elegance, comfort, and modernity, it can accommodate up to 5 guests for a truly pleasant getaway. This house is spread over three levels, offering a comfortable and well-appointed living space. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows and two skylights. The tastefully decorated living room features a comfortable sofa with a smart TV. The open, fully equipped and welcoming kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. You'll find all the necessary utensils and appliances. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc. A separate toilet is also located on this level. Outside, the furnished terrace offers a pleasant and intimate relaxation area. On the first floor, you'll find: • A bedroom with a single sofa bed, ideal for working remotely, • A second bedroom with two single beds. • A modern shower room with a large sink, a spacious shower, a washing machine, a countertop, and storage. • A separate toilet On the top floor: • A third bedroom with a double bed (160x200), cozy and soothing. Bed and bath linens are provided, and the beds are carefully made for your arrival (except for the sofa bed).
