Located in a central and trendy area, close to most touristic attractions, this newly renovated flat expresses a vision of the old bourgeois Parisian art de vivre, chic and comfortable. The 22m² bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a 55inches TV. A complimentary tray will allow guests to make themselves hot drinks (tea, coffee or organic verbena). Bedroom is cleaned every day (if guests are out before 11am). Bathrobes are at your disposal. The en suite bathroom includes a large bathtub, a sink, toilets and a towel-dryer, a hair dryer and bathroom scales, as well as scented liquide soap, shower gel and moisturizing cream, tissues, cotton balls and facial wipes. For those who forgot their toothbrush, no panic, I've got some in store too !
I'd be happy to help guests organize their stay, to give them advise about places to see, and to make booking for them. Being very interested in History, and specially old Paris History, I'd be glad to share my experience with them and give them a few tips about more secret places from old Paris not to be missed. I work at home, I'm quite available during daytime, so do not hesitate to ask me...
The flat is very close to Faubourg Saint Denis, the new trendy area. During the day, you'll find very good local eateries, and at night a large number of bars and restaurants frequented by a young and lively crowd. It's also very close to the Grands Boulevards and their cafés, brasseries, movie theaters and shops. You can then find find the right place to eat or drink at walking distance from home. The Antoine theater, Renaissance, Porte St Martin, Gymnase, Variétés theaters are also at walking distance, as well as Le Grand Rex, the most extraordinary Art Deco movie theater in Paris, or the Grévin museum. The Rue d'Enghien is a quiet street, but it may be a bit noisy on Friday or Saturday nights when bars are closing. However, the bedroom window has a special soundproof double glazing.
