Property information

Surface area 70 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and lounge area, shower room, separate toilet in the shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined into 180 cm, 1 double bed). No washing machine. Central heating.

Neighbourhood information

In the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, this detached house, ideally located on the shores of Lake Saint-Mathieu, is the former home of Fabrice's grandparents, which he chose to renovate to preserve the family history. Deeply attached to this hamlet where his family has its roots, Fabrice perpetuates the memory of his grandfather, a wheelwright, who set up his carpentry workshop in part of the house. Some of his tools are still preserved and bear witness to this artisanal expertise. The house features a pleasant garden with a gravel terrace. Its privileged location, directly on the lake, allows you to fully enjoy swimming, fishing, walks, and hikes in a natural and peaceful setting.
