Charming 2-Bedroom Flat in Central Nice – Libération District Ideally located just 50m from the vibrant outdoor market of Libération and the tram stop, this 43m² apartment is perfect for a family holiday in Nice. Nestled on the 2nd floor of a traditional Niçois building, it enjoys a rare double exposure and is designed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance, and the beach is a pleasant stroll away. The tram (3 stops to Place Masséna) and train station (5–10 minutes on foot) provide quick access to the city and surrounding areas. A public parking lot is available just 100m from the apartment. The apartment offers: • A bedroom with a double latex mattress (140x200cm) • A small bedroom with two bunk beds (70x200cm) • Access to the small bedroom is through the main bedroom • A sofa bed in the living room (extra charge applies for its use) • Sheets and towels are provided (renewed in early 2024) • 3 large fans, one per room The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete dishware. Additional amenities: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV with some international channels, fiber-optic WiFi. IMPORTANT: 1. Sofa bed use is subject to an extra fee. 2. This is a residential building — no noise after 10:30 PM.

A perfect base to explore Nice and its surroundings, the apartment is located in the lively yet authentic Libération neighborhood — just a few steps from the famous open-air market and close to the city center’s shops. The area offers a true local experience, less touristy than Old Town, but full of charm and convenience. The daily market (except Mondays) is just 50 meters away, and you’ll find a large grocery store, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. Two great local eateries — Gauloise and L’Instant — are just around the corner. Only 3 tram stops from Place Masséna, and just 5–10 minutes on foot from the main train and bus stations. The “Gare du Sud” food hall, with multiple restaurants and a large cinema, is just 150 meters away. You can get a 7-day pass, valid on both tram and bus networks. Secured public parking is available nearby and can be reserved online at Q-PARK NICE GARE DU SUD.
