There’s no other apartment like it in Annecy! At the entrance to the old town with all its amenities, right by the canal, stands the “Maison Paccard”, home of the official decorator to King Hassan II of Morocco for fifteen years. Inside this building we have a “five-star” loft for two people, covering 105 m²! André Paccard, a patron, artist of genius and businessman with a megalomaniac streak, had wild ambitions for this house, which he had fallen in love with. So expect the exceptional, with impressive room sizes, century-old beams contrasting with the minimalism of the wrought iron guardrail, designer furniture, works of art that are sure to awaken your contemplative side, a sauna for well-being and blissful relaxation, a private lift and more. Not to mention the 360-degree view over the canal (which gave the town its nickname of “the Venice of the Alps”), the “Vieilles Prisons” (an old stronghold and the most photographed place in Annecy), the castle… So come and enjoy this dream destination in total privacy, echoing the words of Saint Exupéry: “It seems that perfection is attained, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away.”

Annecy is ideally located at the heart of the Alps: Geneva 45 min, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Méribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d’Isère 2h. For sports fans, our house is conveniently located for all activities: sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting… In the winter season, you can reach superb ski resorts like Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) in only 30 minutes. You can practise Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile, dog sled rides… Not to mention the wonderful gastronomy and cultural heritage!
