Beautiful LOFT apartment on the third floor with access to the second floor (private staircase), breathtaking view of the city, the sea and the valley, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and kitchen utensils, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, teapot, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, round table, chairs and high stools, sofa bed 160x200, TV 4K, comfortable bedding, bed 180X200, bed bases and individual mattresses etc; thermal and phonic insulation, blackout blinds, day/night blinds, parquet and tile floors (no carpet), immediate proximity of all food shops, free parking outside, public transport at two steps.
this LOFT has been created from scratch and entirely new in an attic with quality materials and equipment, work executed by local professionals. travelers will be physically welcomed by the host for the handing over of the keys LOFT entirely new with thermal and phonic insulation, Preliminary request for childrens' accommodation thank you.
