My name is François, originally from Périgord, I live with my family in Périgueux. Working in tourism for several years I had the opportunity to discover different places in France and around the world. Since 2018, I have made short-term rental my professional activity. I offer several apartments in Périgueux. My objective, through my brand, Mon Appart En Ville, is to allow you to stay and discover our region in the best conditions. Know that by renting one of my apartments you make sure you have a vacation spot, or a base for quality work with a professional team at your disposal if needed. Le Maleville is my latest project. A complete rehabilitation was carried out which required 15 months of renovation, supervised by an architectural firm. Le Maleville has been designed to meet all the needs of someone looking for a luxury short-term rental. I put all my experience in tourist accommodation into designing this establishment. Le Maleville offers different atmospheres through three luxury apartments. It should be noted that all apartments are accessible via an elevator in addition to the staircase, which is unique in Périgueux. The building and the apartments have the particularity of having been completely renovated from floor to ceiling, to adapt to the needs of our customers. They are soundproofed, made of quality materials, functional and offer you a unique decoration. Facing South-East, each apartment has four large openings overlooking the city, where you can see the architectural jewel of Périgueux, the bell tower of the Saint Front cathedral. So they are very bright. We know that a successful stay is a stay in peace and comfort. Each apartment is soundproofed and has comfortable professional bedding. The Chic & Balnéo apartment stands out from the others by offering an exceptional balneotherapy service directly in the apartment. You will be able to discover the benefits of chromotherapy and essential oils.

Neighbourhood information

Located between the Palais de Justice and the historical centre of Périgueux, you are in the heart of the city of the capital of Périgord. You will be able to take advantage of all the city's amenities on foot. The district is made up of beautiful buildings from the end of the 19th century, used today mainly for legal and professional activities. This area of the city is particularly popular because of its proximity to the historic centre, but also because of its calm and secure atmosphere.
