Le Moulin sur Célé is a restored 13th‑century water mill set in 15 acres of gardens and meadowland in the Lot Valley. The property includes three private villas, each with its own heated pool, garden, and outdoor dining areas. The grounds are bordered by limestone cliffs and have direct access to the River Célé. The villas combine historic character with modern comforts, including fully equipped kitchens, air‑conditioned bedrooms, and private terraces with countryside and river views. Le Moulin also features a private grass tennis court. Optional services such as private chef dinners, concierge assistance, and additional cleaning or housekeeping can be arranged on request. Guests can enjoy a range of activities on the property and in the surrounding area, including swimming in the river, canoeing, hiking, cycling, and visiting nearby villages and markets. We are Marc and Deirdre, originally from Ireland and now living in the Lot Valley with our family. After many years working in hospitality, we restored Le Moulin and the two neighbouring villas to create a quiet place for guests to relax and explore the region. We live nearby and are available to help with local information, recommendations, and any assistance during your stay. Our aim is to offer a comfortable, private setting with the space and facilities guests need to enjoy the area at their own pace.

The villas are located in the village of Saint‑Sulpice, in the Lot Valley. The area is known for its limestone cliffs, riverside paths, and traditional villages. Saint‑Cirq‑Lapopie, the Pech Merle caves, and the Cahors wine region are all within easy reach. Guests can enjoy hiking, cycling, canoeing, and swimming in the River Célé during warmer months. Local markets, restaurants, and small shops can be found in the nearby towns of Cabrerets, Cajarc, and Figeac. The setting is quiet and rural, offering a peaceful base for exploring the region.
