In the heart of "Little Venice" close to the lake and its beaches, at the foot of the castle. Shops at the foot of the building (bakery, supermarket, many restaurants, catering Pauvert famous in the city) including the pastry of Philippe Rigollot, world champion of pastry and best worker of France, where confectionery Meyer famous for its Annecy specialty reeds of the lake. Tourist Office, theater, train station and cinema 2 minutes walk. Casino nearby, feet in the water. No need for a vehicle, everything is done on foot! Free parking within 5minutes. Starting in the spring, many festivals and festivities take place in the old neighborhoods, including the famous lake festival that takes place the first weekend of August.
