On the 3rd floor (no lift) of a small residence of 7 flats, it comprises a pretty, light-filled 35 m² living room giving access to a 15 m² south-facing loggia with an incomparable view of the lake and surrounding mountains, a separate fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 35 m² with a smart-TV with Orange TV channels, a double sofa bed (160 x 190), a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 6 people. - A separate kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with a freezer, raclette machine. - A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, washing machine and toilet. - An individual locked and secured cellar for your bikes, skis, strollers... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage. - A 15m² south-facing terrace-loggia with an exceptional view of the lake of Gérardmer (1 sofa and 2 armchairs).
