Cocoonr agency offers to rent, in Saint-Malo, this superb flat, sit in an armchair facing the sea and plunge into the history of Saint-Malo, you will be facing Surcouf, the Grand Bé with the tomb of Chateaubriand, the petit bé, you will see all the way to Cap Fréhel! Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), with an area of 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers, it consists of a living room with lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and shower room. 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival The accommodation comprises - A sitting area with double sofa bed and TV - Dining area with table and chairs - A fully-equipped kitchen - One bedroom with double bed (two single beds can be separated) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Other remarks: - the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator, accessible by a winding staircase which is rather narrow and steep, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged. - To get your stay off to a good start, we offer a few Nespresso coffee capsules and tea bags. To access your accommodation, you can choose between : Autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the apartment or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop closest to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 1 and 8. A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Area and activities : - Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available by contacting the tourist office located Porte St-Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside - From Place St-Vincent, you'll find buses and coaches leaving for all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town. - On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find some great local produce. - On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy some great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'Or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale for a feast for the eyes and taste buds (reservations recommended), and a friendly atmosphere at the Cargo Culte restaurant, where you'll find home-cooked pies, salads, sandwiches and soups on the menu, all decorated in a brocante style. - In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at the St-Patrick's, a bistro atmosphere at the Java with its swings, or a beer-loving atmosphere at the Aviso with its 500 beers! For cocktail lovers, head to La Fabrique, and if you prefer the atmosphere of sailing and boating, you can drink a toast at La Trinquette on the harbour alongside the Bassin Vauban!
