Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Villarembert, this charming studio with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 23 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice 23 m² living room, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Common areas of the residence accessible free of charge: - Heated outdoor swimming pool, approx. 5×10 metres, secured by an electric shutter, open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. For precise dates, please contact the Corbier tourist office before booking. Outside these dates, the swimming pool is closed. - Sauna (booking protocol to be seen on site). - Fitness area. Other remarks : - Please note: there are stairs to climb to access the accommodation. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Additional services available from the concierge: laundry, childcare equipment hire, ski lesson bookings, special event organisation, restaurant bookings, vehicle snow removal, taxi bookings for the St Jean de Maurienne - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.

You will benefit from the ideal location of the residence, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the first shops, and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks, everything is in place to ensure you have a very pleasant stay! A restaurant-bar "L'épicurien" is open in the residence in winter and summer. You can eat tartiflette, fondue, raclette but also pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread on order in the morning. Possibility to rent ski equipment... Activities : - Many activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, sledging, dog sled rides, ski school at 600 metres, mountain biking... - Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent. - The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" label since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages. - Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, "Dragon Island" leisure park, etc.
