Surface area of 94 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchen open to the living room (with library), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm and 1 baby bed), shower room with a toilet. A separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200 cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 180x200 cm) with library and games. Electric heating, children's games (swings, basketball, football, boules, board games). Adult and children's bicycles available. Possible access to a large games room with fireplace and underfloor heating (table tennis, table football, hopscotch, board games, library). Shelter for bicycles and motorcycles.

Neighbourhood information

Situated in a beautiful location, on a promontory that separates the Briance and Gravataud valleys, semi-detached gîte opening onto a private 45 m² terrace with a wide view of the landscape; adjoining and enclosed private forest and landscaped park of 8 hectares with 4 km of paths and trails for walking and discovery. Shaded parking. A hiking trail allows, from the gîte, to go directly to the village of Solignac (1 km) without taking the road. The heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), shared with the other gîte and the owners, is open from June to September depending on the weather conditions.
