The accommodation is as follows: First floor: - A large 30 m² living room with lounge area (TV, double sofa bed 140x200) - An open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine etc., with dining area (4-person dining table, 2-person coffee table (for teenage children)). - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC). Direct access to the terrace First floor: - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and its shower room (with shower and WC) open to the bedroom. - A landing Outside : - Enclosed garden of approx. 700 m², not overlooked - South-facing 40 m² terrace with garden furniture. - A space dedicated to rest and relaxation is available with the jacuzzi shared with the tenants of the “ESPRIT FAMILLE” cottage, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is prohibited to minors.
