La Conciergerie Fées pour offers you this beautiful villa located 10 minutes by car from Omaha Beach and 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Trévières (all shops, restaurants, bakers, butchers, etc.). Completely renovated with taste in 2023, this beautiful, spacious 130 m2 building offers comfort, space and a large garden planted with trees and not overlooked, for a successful stay on the D-Day landing beaches close to fine sandy beaches. On the ground floor there are - a spacious, recently fitted, fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, traditional oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, washing machine and tumble dryer - bright, welcoming living room with sitting area, TV, dining area and direct access to the garden via French windows - study with sofa bed (bed linen provided on request) - separate WC with washbasin First floor - 4 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed - bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower - separate WC For your comfort, the beds will be made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. Wise dogs are welcome! Baby equipment on request - raclette machine In fine weather, you can enjoy an outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue. The house is set in large grounds with trees and lawn. Several parking spaces, enclosed garden. You can also play pétanque on the main path. To make sure your arrival is as stress-free as possible, we are providing a welcome kit with toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
