We are a couple that dreamt for years to open our own B&B in France. In 2016 we bought our authentic place in this wonderful area. After we moved from Amsterdam to here we did most of the renovation ourselves. The B&B opened in 2019 and now we offer the Peace, space and luxury to our guests. As Guido has been pastry chef before he is responsible for the food in our B&B, which means we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guests. Please inform us if you have special requests. Our Bed & Breakfast consists of a cozy communal living room with beautiful fireplace and comfortable couch. In addition, the open kitchen with a large communal table, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our 3 bedrooms and 1 studio have spacious bathrooms and a luxurious boxspring, each room has it's own style and features, check our website for more info. Outside there is a beautifully landscaped garden, with a terrace directly behind the house, great if it gets cooler in the evening or there is some wind. At the highest point of the garden you will find a terrace that is delicious all day in the sun and where you can glimpse into the valley, sometimes you see the neighbor moving his cows and calves. The pool is of a generous size. You can swim laps or cool down a bit on the plage, the 30cm deep platform at the front of the pool. Sipping a drink or fanatically maintaining your physical condition is all possible. The swimming pool is heated so that we can offer a lovely warm swimming pool from May to September, depending on the outside temperature the swimming pool is also accessible before 1 May and after 30 September.

MA de la Bonne Vie is a destination in itself where you can relax in the rooms and enjoy the garden, the swimming pool, our communal kitchen and living room. Feel free to ask if you need anything during your stay. If you want to be more active and go out it's a great option too. Maison de la Bonne Vie is located in the department Aveyron. A department in the region Occitanië. The climate here is wonderful, early spring from the end of March and long autumn until mid October. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycling and exploring all beautiful (medieval) villages. There are many vide greniers/brocantes , local parties etc. in summer. Nature is fantastic, we are located between the volcanic mountains of the Auvergne and the Pyrenees, so you have fantastic views everywhere you go. You come across castles and sometimes you are forced to stand still on the way by a herd of cows. The farmer moves his cows from one pasture to another just across the public road. If you want to make culinary trips (Guido cooks delicious, but still) you can go to 2 fantastic auberges in the neighborhood, each with their own specialty.
