Welcome 5 km from Hagetmau, a small town in the South of the Landes, offering numerous cultural and sporting leisure activities. This large independent house, with above-ground swimming pool (open from June to September depending on the weather) welcomes you to the heart of the Landes countryside for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Laid out on 2 levels (access to the first floor via a milling staircase secured by 2 ramps and a gate), it is composed a living room with lounge (TV), dining room, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave), 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (3 140 cm beds), Bathroom, a bedroom upstairs (1 bed 140), a large relaxation area on the mezzanine (with TV and library). The 1500m² private garden is completely enclosed, and offers two terraces, one of which is covered and a barbecue. For your comfort, sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price. Heating package, if used. For babies, a cot and high chair can be requested. The price doesn't included the heating 20 euros/day
