This space is ideal for sharing moments with family or friends while enjoying the natural light that floods the room.For your restful nights, the property offers two large bedrooms with double beds, as well as a dormitory that can accommodate 4 to 5 people with its bunk beds and a pull-out bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will also find two additional bedrooms with two single beds that can be pushed together, as well as a 160 cm sofa bed on an intimate mezzanine. Each room on the ground floor opens onto the garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. On the garden side, a vast 80 m² terrace made of ipe wood, facing south, awaits you. Equipped with sun loungers, benches, tables, and a plancha, it offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding gardens and, in the background, the village and its church. The garden, carefully landscaped and flowered, is fully enclosed, ensuring the safety of young children while allowing you to enjoy an enchanting outdoor setting, shielded from prying eyes.

We love sharing our home and regularly improving it for your comfort. Everything is done to make you feel at home: the living room, the large tables, the plancha grill, the garden and deck chairs... We love the ocean that surrounds the house, as it is located at the tip of the Rhuys peninsula; the coast offers many sporting activities (swimming, sailing, padel, coastal walking, horse riding, golf...) and cultural activities (exhibitions at the Pen Castel mill, cinema...) which we enjoy with our children and grandchildren. At the heart of the tip of the peninsula, our house is close to shops, the harbor, and the beaches. You can enjoy the many walks on foot or by bike (dedicated routes) and the exhibitions and events. At home: the decoration is particularly cared for: you will feel at home. You can enjoy our books, games, and the sauna, as well as the garden.
