L'OASIS**** is located on the 4th and top floor of a new residence with lift. Behind the simple facade of the residence you cannot imagine the setting of our real OASIS of RELAXATION in the heart of Bayonne ;-) You will appreciate the CHARM of a contemporary mix of character and antique furniture, as well as the warmth of the floating parquet floor. Many plants in each room give life to this open space, extended by a huge 75 sqm rooftop terrace. With a capacity of 6 people maximum, you will have 3 beautiful bedrooms with top quality bedding, storage and a television in 2 of them : - Bedroom 1 : Large 23sqm master suite with queen-size bed (160cmx200cm), wardrobe and télévision + an ensuite bathroom - Bedroom 2 : attic bedroom with queen-size bed (160cmx200cm) with wardrobe - Bedroom 3 : attic bedroom with queen-size bed (160cmx200cm) with wardrobe The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso, coffee machine, kettle ...) and opens onto a very bright television lounge. For more comfort, a 2nd bathroom with an Italian shower and a 2nd separate toilet complete our apartment. But on the top of that, the MAJOR BONUS of our holiday rental is located OUTSIDE : - A 75sqm ROOFTOP TERRACE with a design garden furniture : table and chairs, garden lounge and sun lounger ... the ideal place to have your meals, share an aperitif or take a reading break. - A JACUZZI with hot water where you can relax. - 2 private PARKING places in the secure underground car park
# Having travelled a lot and lived abroad, I know that you're not just looking for COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION but also an AUTHENTIC LOCAL EXPERIENCE to enjoy. That's why I'm offering you the chance to discover the Basque Coast in a different way, to share with you the SPIRIT of the South-West of France. # I will WELCOME you on your ARRIVAL. It will be my pleasure to share my TIPS, my TASTY ADDRESSES and my DAY TOURS for wonderful holidays in our beautiful region of the Basque Country. # Following your reservation on Booking , I will send you a BOOKING FORM to complete and sign with your contact details and a scan of your identity card or passport in order to organise your welcome and the practical conditions of your stay. # A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 1.500 euros by credit card imprint will be requested before your arrival (3D secure link). It will be returned once the accommodation has been checked by the cleaning team. Your credit card will not be debited (except in the event of damage caused during your stay). # And if you would like to experience some outdoor activities, I can suggest local partnerships : bike rental or scooter rental, surfing course or waveskiing course, sea kayaking, thalassotherapy ...
A Casino Shop supermarket is just opposite the residence for convenience shopping, while a Leclerc hypermarket is 2 km away. There are a number of local SHOPS in the area, including a well-known artisan baker and pastry. The BEACHES of Anglet are 10 minutes away by car and Biarritz 15 minutes, while Bayonne railway station is 850 m from the property. # LOCAL SHOPS : - Casino Shop (small supermarket) 50m away, - Caterer "L'Atelier des Saveurs" 90m away, - Bar PMU "Les Amis réunis" 100m away, - Bayonne train station 850m away, - Pharmacy 210m away, - Les Délices de Bayonne" bakery and pastry shop 240m away, - Centre Aquatique des Haut de Bayonne (public swimming pool) : 1.5km away, - Leclerc Bayonne (hypermarket) 2km. # HOW TO GET AROUND ? - 50m from the property, you will find the "Matras" bus stop with bus lines T2 and 30, which pass through Bayonne Station and Bayonne Centre. - To take advantage of the many cycle paths, you can HIRE ELECTRIC BICYCLES or SCOOTERS through my local partners at preferential rates (please ask before arriving) - However, the best way to enjoy the region is to have a CAR at your disposal. If you're arriving by plane or train, I'd advise you to hire a car at the airport or station so that you can explore the Basque country and even visit our Spanish neighbours.
