Outside Dining - There are multiple dining locations from inside, to outside all over the property, including a BBQ area. Family Swimming Pool - The property includes access to a family swimming pool. Play Area – Children’s swings and play area including football net and ball, swing ball and badminton net and rackets, plus lots of open green spaces. French Countryside - The Gite is surrounded by stunning rolling French countryside and farms. Lounge Area – With plenty of Luxurious cosy seating, Wide screen TV with French and English Channels, a Music centre and a Safe to keep your valuables in. Bespoke Kitchen - The splendidly equipped large kitchen, including fridge/freezer Ironing board and dishwasher and more. Towels, toilet paper and bed linen are supplied. There is fibre WiFi. Bedroom 1 – 1 King size bed & Single bed. Bedroom 2 – 1 King size bed & Single bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 King size bed. Baby/Small child Accessories - High chairs, Bouncy chair and Travel cot available upon request (bedding not supplied to for cot due to allergies). Pets - We accept up to two dogs at L’Olivier Gite (there is a charge of 30 euros per dog payable upon arrival) per stay. Cats are not allowed due to the fact we have one ourselves who does not get on with other cats.

Located on the department border between Charente & Vienne the house is ideally situated for travel to all points of the compass, be it North to Poitiers which possesses an exceptional architectural heritage, amazing gardens and the world famous Futuroscope, South to Angouleme and Cognac renowned for its vineyards and the Hennessy distillery. Go east deeper into the Vienne region for historic towns, villages, lakes and the motor racing circuit of Val de Vienne or West to the beaches and tourist attractions that the coast has to offer around the Bay of Biscay.
