Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 500 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa, armchair and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed - A bathroom with bath and WC Please note: the gîte is located in a hamlet with two other properties that we manage (Grand Gîte de Villecomte and Gîte de Villecomte), all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Outside area : - A garden of approximately 500 m², shared, composed of several parts: an area with table and outdoor chairs, a small wood for walking (fires are prohibited). It is not enclosed but has natural boundaries (hedges and copses), and there are no roads nearby. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
