I love this property because it is quite and completely surrounded by nature. Everywhere from the house and the terrace you look at the sea and live in accordance to its mood. There are 2 swimming pools in the property: one is a private swimming pool only for the apartment located directly on the terrace of the apartment itself, the other one is a swimming pool common for all the guests of the residence located at one side of the residence approximately at 150 meter. In the photo report you see both. There is air conditioning in the whole structure.
I am swiss but live in Italy, Pisa. I have 2 grownup children who love spending their easter and summer holidays in St Florent with me. They love to sail with little boats or windserfs in the gulfe.
Each apartment has its own privacy. Neighborhood usually do not disturb your relax. There are fences and little stone walls to divide properties. The apartment is at ground floor, but there are stairs to climb up from the street. On top there is another apartment, but each apartment has separate entrances.
