For your reception, I will be present to help you settle in and will remain at your disposal to guarantee you the best possible stay. Depending on your preferences or your arrival time, an independent arrival and/or departure is possible.

The residence is quiet and secure, with an elevator and a pleasant, relaxing communal garden. It comprises 2T2 and 10 large studios (20m² or more), all classified and renovated in 2022 and furnished with care for your comfort. It's ideally located just opposite the Thermes Callou and 140m from the entrance to the Thermes les Dômes, a 5-minute walk from the town center, 200m from Lac d'Allier for walks, close to shops, opera, cinema, casino and train station (1km). Free parking is available in front of the residence and nearby. For your comfort, and respecting sanitary regulations, beds made on arrival, sheets and household linen provided (1 large towel/person, 1 small towel/person, 1 bath mat, 2 tea towels). Facilities: induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, free wifi.
