In the heart of the historic center of Beaune, beautiful apartment of 84m ² fully renovated and equipped with all the comforts for your stay. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large bright living room. You are 200 meters from the Hospices de Beaune. The first bedroom (20m²) contains a 160cm bed and the second (16m²) a 140cm bed. Each room has its private bathroom with shower as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The spacious living room is warm and friendly with hardwood floors, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a dining table and a large library. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The apartment also benefits from wi-fi, a Smart TV with +220 channels, board games, many books and comics.
