The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming duplex with sea view, at 50 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: On the ground floor of the duplex: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Room 1 : two single beds. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor of the duplex : - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub and WC. Outside : -A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September) - A private balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner. - Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - Please note that the flat is a duplex, and access to the first floor may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
