Welcome to your Baulois hideaway! Just a short walk from the beach (less than 400m) and nestled in the quiet, green La Baule-les-Pins district, this renovated house offers you a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all the tableware you need to prepare your favorite meals. Upstairs, two spacious and bright bedrooms feature high-quality bedding for restful nights. Each room has practical storage with a large closet. Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed. Bedroom 2: two single beds convertible into a Queen-size bed. A comfortable bathroom with toilet completes this floor. On the garden level, you'll find a third bedroom with a Queen-size bed and storage, a comfortable bathroom with toilet, and a laundry room. Several terraces offer different relaxation areas, ideal for enjoying the sun, reading in the shade, or sharing dinner while watching the sunset. You can park for free at the corner of the street (Avenue de la Mer). Cleaning is mandatory and available for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are also available for an additional fee.
