Access to the main floor is via a wooden staircase and leads you directly into the large main room illuminated by huge floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of the lake and the mountain. * The kitchen area, with its large central island, has all the necessary and essential equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated hood, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, wine cellar, crockery and utensils, etc.) as well as plenty of storage. * The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine and dryer as well as a service sink. * The dining area is composed of a glass table and its chairs. * The living area is composed of a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand and a television.
