Nestled in the heart of the dune 100m from the beach, this villa of 2 houses of 75 m2 each, with private terrace of 50 m2 each equipped with a high-end 4-seater spa and outdoor shower, is a haven of peace. Each room is equipped with top-of-the-range bedding (2 bedrooms per cottage), a desk and a walk-in shower. Very wooded, on a dead end plot of 2500m2, you will be rocked by the sound of the sea, sheltered from all winds. The access to the beach directly from the villa by a sand path is unique. The villa has passive energy, is equipped with a photovoltaic roof, very well insulated, with thermodynamic water heater and air conditioning. Possibility of recharging your electric car. Inflatable kayak available
Passionate about nature and the sea, with a sense of service, we will be able to advise you on the remarkable sites to visit and the activities to be carried out in the area. Living in the immediate vicinity of the gîtes, I am very available.
