With 165 m² of living space, the villa features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, and additional toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Bed linens and towels are included for your convenience. For your leisure, the house offers high-speed Wi-Fi (video calls possible), heating, a washing machine and dryer, TV, and a ping pong table. Outside, enjoy a spacious 1,600 m² garden, a 30 m² covered terrace with swing and barbecue, and a private pool. Please note, the pool is deep (1.5 m): children must know how to swim and be supervised at all times. Five parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also nearby. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood; please respect the peace of the area. The villa is step-free and has wide doors, making it suitable for families. Pets are not allowed, and air conditioning is not available. For safety reasons, the garage is not accessible as it houses pool equipment and the cellar. The property’s shy cat stays in the garage.
