Close to Calvi, Quiet, non-smoking holiday three-star villa, with panoramic view, large grounds and fruit trees, on top of a hill, panoramic view of the Gulf of Galeria, close to the village and the beaches. Entrance to the village, after the Genoese tower, before the cemetery, take the concrete road to the left, the villa is at the end of the road. You can book a meal tray and beverages for the day of your arrival on order. The feet of the bedside lamps have a USB port to charge your smartphones. The garden has fruit trees from which you can taste the fruits. Please close the gates each time to prevent the stray animals from entering. Check out with a member of the staff between 9&10 AM. Holiday rentals in a respectful & responsible spirit: The villa is at your disposal, cleaning done, please keep it clean. Mandatory cleaning will be provided either by you on the day of your departure or by a cleaning service that you can book yourself. 250 euros bill will be charged if the villa is not cleaned at checkout. Cleaning deposit of 300 euros in cash to be given upon arrival, billing if cleanliness is not respected at check out. Any stained linen will be charged at the purchase/replacement price. Sand, algae and stone belong outside, not inside. At your departure, empty trash bags in the contenairs on the beach parking lot in front of "Le Filosorma hotel" Black bin is for non-recycled, yellow for plastic. Put back furniture in place, report any breakage before departure. Towels and sheets in supplement. Deposit required. Stained towels and sheets and furniture will be charged at purchase price. We remind you that the apartment is non-smoking and does not accept animals. Please don't let food outside because of ants. Located in Falalorsama and the Fangu Valley, & the Fangu delta, UNESCO Man And Biosphere near the Scandula marine and terrestrial nature reserve, also on the UNESCO World Heritage List/Pelagos. You can use the boat rental services with and without a license or a tour with a skipper to visit the Scandola maritime nature reserve. An exceptional site for a holiday in the sun; sports or idleness. Near the largest diving club in Corsica, the Fangu River, GR20 and Tra Mare & Monti trails The village have everything you shall need ; convenient stores, restaurants, bar, boats rental and so on. Charging stations and trash can at the port. Please indicate your approximate arrival time before your departure and contact us 30 minutes before your arrival at the phone number provided to welcome you. Check-in is usually between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with the person who made the reservation; no later check-in without prior request and agreement; otherwise, check-in the next day by informing us by phone and writing to the platform's messaging system or by email if booking directly. There has been too much abuse by unscrupulous travelers. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Check-out Between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, or earlier upon request and prior agreement.
